We strongly advise scheduling a consultation to better understand your preferences and desired look. For our specialty services, such as extensions, a consultation is a prerequisite to ensure we meet your expectations seamlessly.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Due to high booking demand, we have put these policies in place. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will have to reschedule the appointment.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reschedule your appointment.
