Our designers are committed to excellence in everything they do. We’ve designed a performance based system for our salon, with levels ranging from one to seven. Each designer strives to meet monthly customer satisfaction, performance, and education goals in order to graduate to the next level. This system was designed to meet two needs:

  • Promote a career path of growth and achievement for our team
  • Provide several options to suit your needs and budget.

The training our team receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative, and in-depth. And a designer’s level does not necessarily reflect their years of experience.

We want to ensure that your appointment runs smoothly and that your chosen stylist will have plenty of time to focus on you during your appointment. Please read our policies regarding appointment reservation, appointment cancellation, late arrivals, and important information for extension clients.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

If something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you will let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We do our best to run on time, but we also ask that you would arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to avoid interfering with the stylist’s later appointments. If you are running a few minutes late, please let us know as soon as possible, but if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services. When reserving an appointment, it is required for all clients to have valid credit card information on file.

Extension Clients:

All extensions clients must book a consultation before their actual extension appointment. This consultation will include a $50 non-refundable fee that will later be applied toward extension services. To reserve your extension appointment, you will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel or reschedule your extension appointment, this must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you decide to make changes to your appointment within the 48 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled services
